Up to how many people does the Chalet accommodate?

The Chalet is suitable for groups of 8–10 people, up to a maximum of 12, using the living room as an additional bedroom.

How is the Chalet structured?

The Chalet is only rented entirely. It is arranged over two floors, which guarantee privacy, in case of families with friends.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., while check-out must be between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. In order to better organise your check-in, please contact the staff approximately 30 minutes before arrival on +39 388 0969663. For late check-ins, a variable surcharge will be calculated based on the time of arrival, to be paid on site in cash. After midnight, it will no longer be possible to check in until the following day.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, 1,000 € in cash is required, which will be returned on the day of check-out after the apartment has been inspected.

What payment methods are accepted for the booking?

At Chalet Charm you can pay by Bank transfer or Credit Card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard).

Are pets allowed?

Yes, a maximum of two dogs per apartment are allowed in the Chalet (unfortunately, we do not accept cats or other pets). Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your four-legged friend with you. There is an additional charge of €20 per night per dog.

Do you have parking?

Yes, the property has a private outdoor car park available free of charge, without reservation.

Do you have a relaxation area?

Yes! The Charm Chalet has a sauna and jacuzzi available from 4.30 pm to 9 pm, and an outdoor hot tub with panoramic views available from 4 pm to 7.30 pm (to be booked 2 days in advance) € 60.

Is the linen included?

Yes, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included in the price of the stay. For extra linen, it will have an extra cost.
